Bringing home a new baby is one of the biggest transitions of your life, physically, emotionally, and mentally. As your postpartum doula, we offer calm, nonjudgmental support tailored to your unique needs as you rest, recover, and adjust to life with your newborn.
Whether you’re looking for a few hours of hands-on help or regular visits during your fourth trimester, you don’t have to do this alone.
What’s Included in Each Visit
All packages include personalized, in-home support that may include:
Emotional check-ins and birth processing
Feeding support (breast/chest, bottle, or pumping)
Newborn care guidance (diapering, soothing, safe sleep, etc.)
Partner/sibling support
Light household help (baby laundry, tidying, meal prep, errand runs, grocery pick-up)
Space for you to rest, shower, eat, or simply breathe
🌿 Booking Options & Packages
All postpartum doula hours are valid for 3 months after purchase. Each visit must be a minimum of 3 hours.
Calm Beginnings
💛 6 hours – $205
Foundational support for yoiur earliest days at home. Get help with feeding, rest, and adjusting to life with your newborn.
Rest & Restore
💛 12 hours – $410
Balanced support over your first few weeks postpartum. Space for rest, recovery, and settling into your feeding routine.
Rooted & Rested
💛 18 hours – $610
Deep care and continuity. A solid foundation for your healing and confidence as you ease into life with your newborn.
Thrive Together
💛 24 hours – $815
Support for the whole family. Encouragement, guidance, and space to thrive as you adjust to your new normal.
The Nourished Nest
💛 36 hours – $1,220
✨ Premium Doula Support Package
For families who value continuity, rest, and holistic in-home care during the fourth trimester. The Nourished Nest offers our most comprehensive doula support—more time, deeper care, and space to truly feel held.
Includes all the same flexible, tailored support found in other packages, delivered over a longer stretch of time.

15 hours of postpartum doula care
1 Private Prenatal Lactation Class
1 Initial In-Home Lactation Consultation
This package supports you from pregnancy through early postpartum, providing education, guidance, and presence from someone you know and trust.
The Calm Companion
💛 $40/hour – Minimum of 3 hours
Need a little more time? This flexible add-on package is perfect for families who have purchased a base package and want to extend care. Use these hours however you need: more rest, more support, more you-time.
