Event Setup/Tear Down - Assist with tables, signs, decorations, and cleanup

Registration/Check-in - Greet guests, manage sign-in, distribute wristbands or packets

Family Activities - Help with children's crafts, games, and play area

5K Race Support - Water stations, cheering/marshaling, start/finish support

Vendor & Resource Fair Support - Assist vendors with setup, directions, and needs during event

Hospitality - Support food/drink stations, rest areas, or breastfeeding lounge

General Floater - Willing to jump in wherever extra hands are needed

Morning Setup Shift (7:30am - 11am)

Midday Event Shift (9:30am - 1:30pm)

Afternoon Tear Down (1pm - 2pm)

All Day (7:30am - 2pm)
